Terms Of Use
Reef Depot provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms and Conditions ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. Your use of this website indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. General
Reef Depot is a business-to-consumer (B2C) e-commerce Internet portal for the purpose of selling marine aquarium supplies and equipment.
2. Prices, Payment & Tax
All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars ("S$") and are not subject to the Singapore Goods & Services Tax ("GST").
Reef Depot reserves the right to amend or correct any price(s) without notice. Although every reasonable care has been taken to ensure the prices displayed on this portal are accurate and up-to-date, Reef Depot reserves the right to refuse an order if there is any error in the price(s).
The title of the goods remain the property of Reef Depot until full payment has been made.
3. Transactions & Order Forms
Orders are made using the Check Out Form provided on this portal. By completing and submitting the Check Out Form, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to contract with Reef Depot and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as stated herein (and as may be revised by from time to time).
There will exist no contract until your order is accepted by Reef Depot. We will notify you by telephone/e-mail if your order is successful and has been accepted.
4. Title, Risk & Delivery
Title to the item(s) remains with Reef Depot until all amounts payable in respect of the item(s) are received in full by us. Risk in the item(s) will pass from Reef Depot to you upon delivery or deemed delivery of the item(s) to you.
If you or the recipient fails to take delivery of the item(s) or fails to enable Reef Depot to make delivery (whether by refusal or failure to provide any/or payment, proper instructions, authorisation, information, etc.), delivery shall be deemed to have taken place with Reef Depot giving notice to you of such delivery whereupon risk in the item(s) shall pass immediately to you. You shall reimburse Reef Depot all costs and expenses (including but not limited to transport and storage charges) incurred by us as a result of the recipient’s failure or refusal to take physical delivery.
5. Cancellations
No order submitted can be cancelled unless you have notified Reef Depot and it has been confirmed by us that your request will be adhered to. Item(s) delivered cannot be exchanged or returned.
6. Description of Items
Although every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that information provided on this portal is accurate and up-to-date, Reef Depot cannot be held liable for any errors, inaccuracies and/or omissions, howsoever caused.
Using publicly available technology, Reef Depot will try its best to ensure that the thumbnail images of the item(s) materially resemble the item(s) delivered to the recipient. However, due to limitations beyond our control, we are not responsible for any differences or non-conformity of the item(s) delivered as compared to the images of the item(s) as shown on this portal.
7. Modifications
Reef Depot reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or withdraw the service, in whole or in part, at anytime without notice. You agree that Reef Depot shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service. By using this site, you agree to be bound by any such revisions.
All typing and clerical errors in any price and/or offers of the products in this portal or acceptance of any order shall be subject to correction.
You agree that products advertised in this website may be revised, amended, re-priced, withdrawn or discontinued at any time and at the sole discretion of Reef Depot.

Reef Depot may provide links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because Reef Depot has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Reef Depot is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Reef Depot shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
9. Governing Law & Violations
Your purchase of the item(s) through this website shall be deemed to be a contract made under and governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts and to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations.
Incidents of fraud, hacking, sabotage, or any other forms of crime will be reported to the Police.
No part of this portal may be copied, reproduced, stored or transmitted in any form or by any means without Reef Depot’s consent.
Posting of any kind of content in this portal without the consent of Reef Depot is prohibited.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
By using the service provided by Reef Depot, you expressly understand and agree that:
