Shopping Policy
Order
The online purchase experience at Reef Depot website is extremely easy and customer-friendly:
(1) Select a category and item to buy.
(2) Click “Add to cart” button to add the item to your shopping cart.
(3) Click "View Shopping Cart" link to see what is in your shopping cart. From here, you can continue shopping or checkout your order.
To provide greater flexibility, we accept also orders placed via email (customerservice@reefdepot.com.sg) or phone (+65 6100-REEF (7333)). These additional order channels will enable you to have a more personal touch with us.
Payment
All orders will be processed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
The following payment options available:

Reef Depot takes extreme care when it comes to your credit card details. We do not retain customers' credit card information.
Shipping
All orders received will be processed and shipped within 3 working days, subject to successful payment by customers.
Reef Depot provides worldwide delivery.
Refund Policy
Any request for refund or exchange of goods will be given only at the discretion of the company management once payment has been made.

We will NOT sell, trade, or disclose any of the personal information you have disclosed to us.
